    Includes: Two Golf Foursomes with lunch and dinner. Full size banner with your company's name displayed at dinner, your company's name on the front cover of Golf Outing Rules Sheet placed on every golf cart, and your company's name highlighted on the evening program back cover (Please complete the Advertising Form).
  • Birdie Sponsor $2500
    Includes: Golf Foursome with Lunch and Dinner. Banner with your company's name at lunch station in the dining room and your company's name highlighted on the evening program inside cover (Please complete the Advertising Form).
  • Par Sponsor $1000
    Includes: Golf Foursome with lunch and dinner. Your company's name prominently displayed on a sign at your exclusive hole, and a half-page advertisement in our evening program (Please complete the Advertising Form).

Laurus Foundation Golf Outing

We are delighted to invite you to attend the 3rd Annual Laurus Foundation Golf Outing. This year's event promises to be even better than last year. We look forward to introducing our newest Partners in Progress and to thank them for the tremendous work they do to . . . advance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Golf Outing
Want to play golf? Please make your reservations early. Golf registrations must be received by Friday, June 10, 2011. We have a firm limit to the number of golfers that will be able to play and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-play basis. Golfer check-in begins at 11:30am, lunch will be provided and we will have a shotgun start promptly at 1:00 p.m. Please use the Golfer's Registration Form to reserve your spot on the tee. Please note that proper golf attire is required.


Evening Celebration
If you are unable to participate in our daytime golf event, please join us for dinner, silent auction, and raffle.
Cocktails & light appetizers begin at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Please use the Dinner Only Registration Form.


Raffle & Auction

Our evening program book is a great way to advertise your business. This book is distributed to hundreds of golf outing participants and special guests. The Advertising Order Form can be used to reserve your place in our program.

About Laurus Foundation and supporting this event


The mission of the Laurus Foundation is to advance the lives of individuals with disabilities by facilitating, collaborating, and partnering with other organizations to provide long-term solutions to meet life-long needs.

The Partners In Progress initiative is designed to combine the resources of many organizations and institutions to provide a greater level of independence and quality of life for individuals living with a disability.
At Laurus Foundation, our definition of disability is deliberately broad. We are supporting the efforts of individuals and organizations already laboring in the fields — helping those who use a wheelchair because of a physical disability; assisting those who are having trouble coping with life or fitting in because of a developmental, emotional, or behavioral disability; or supporting the tireless caregivers whose loved ones can no longer care for themselves.
Our goal is to bring together those organizations that are pioneering, developing, or exploring the latest advancements in the fields of technology assistance, teaching and learning, communications, career and entrepreneurial training, health, healing and nutrition for individuals with disabilities.
We take a grass roots approach to philanthropy by visiting these organizations, meeting the staff and the people they serve. This enables us to respond quickly when an individual with a disability is in need. We can refer them to one of our partners for services and know that they will be served well and with the latest, most advanced technology or treatments available.
By supporting this golf outing, you are helping us to provide these vitally needed long-term solutions to meet a lifetime of needs. Please consider either donating to our silent auction and/or raffles in the form of products, services, gifts, etc., and/or advertising in our program booklet (please fill out our Advertising Order Form) that will be given to the over 200 attendees that evening.
